Information for presenters
Presenters will be given one of three types of talks:
- Flash talks (5 min + Q/A) - reserved primarily for trainees
- New award talks (5 min + Q/A) - reserved for newly awarded ITCR projects,
- Regular talks (15min + Q/A) - reserved for established ITCR projects.
The presentation format is flexible but please follow the guidance provided below
The ITCR organizing committee will not be providing ITCR branded slides to presenters for their presentation and it will be up to presenters to use their own organization’s slides. Please be sure to provide the ITCR award number and the names of the principal investigators somewhere on the first slide of your presentation.
Please be mindful of the time when making your presentation since the schedule will be filled. Slides will need to be uploaded prior to the meeting to facilitate smoother transitions between speakers.
Please contact your session organizer both upon receiving notification of an oral presentation and at least an hour prior to your session.
These and additional presentation details will be provided at a date nearer to the conference in an email sent to all presenters.
INFORMATION FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS
- Poster presentations will take place during the cocktail reception and poster session at Indiana State Museum September 17th.
- Posters will be placed side by side on poster display boards with a maximum poster size of 45 inches in height and 45 inches in width.
- Special accommodations will be made for posters that will be conducting demonstrations including a cocktail table and extension cord for a laptop.
