Abstract submission guidelines
Information on how to submit abstracts
At the ITCR annual meeting this year we will have a staged submission process for abstracts.

For attendees that prefer an oral presentation please submit an abstract by the early bird deadline (May 31) from which most oral presentation will be selected. There will also be a second deadline (July 19) for late breaking work and for poster submissions. From this second round of submissions, a few abstracts will be selected for oral presentations on merit.
Note: In the abstract submission portal (see link below), please select your preference for oral presentation or poster presentation to help the selection process. This year there will also be some availability for software demos during the poster session. If you are submitting a poster abstract and also want to demo your software, please be sure to select this option as well in the abstract submission portal.
Important Dates:
Submission opens: May 15, 2024
Submission deadline for consideration for oral presentation: June 24, 2024 at 11:59 pm CST
Submission closes: July 19, 2024 at 11:59 pm CST
Decision notification for oral presentation: July 19, 2024
